II.Speaker: Michael Funke, professor of economics in University of Hamburg, Germany and president of the center of macroeconomic and quantity economic policy, expertizing in the fields of macroeconomic, monetary economics, the growth of economy, the economy of China and so on. And ranking the top 2% in German and top 3% in Europe among economists in RePEc. He has made fruitful academic achievements and published about one hundred papers in many international economic publications including European Economic Review、Journal of International Money and Finance、IMF Staff Papers、European Journal of Political Economy、Journal of Macroeconomics、China Economic Review and so on. He used to be the chairman of the committee of macroeconomics of Germany economic association and a researcher of Bank for International Settlements and now holds a concurrent post as a member of the magazine committee of Scottish Journal of Political Economy and the vice editor of Economics Modelling.
