On March 13th, 2015, the opening ceremony Acceleration Growth Training for Coming Cadre of Chongqing Branch of China CITIC Bank was held in our school at 702 academic hall. ZhangXueyong, vice president of our school Zhouhong, and general manager human resource department of China CITIC Bank, Chongqing Branch attended the ceremony.
In the bright spring sun and warm applause, vice president Mr.Zhang first gave opening remarks, in which there were warm welcome of the arrival of old alumni and new students and introduction of our school’s brilliant history, our strong faculty, and glamorous achievement made by alumni. Right after that, Ms ZhouHong, the general manager of the human resource department of China CITIC Bank, Chongqing Branch expressed the hope of new cadres’ growing quickly from the previous business backbone for the management cadre post and conveyed the attention and expectation of leadership construction and the training activities by Shiyuan, an alumna and also the head of China CITIC Bank, Chongqing Branch.
The courses covered "Leadership and team building", "Leadership and emotional stress management", "Big data applications in finance and banking," "Data value and insight into the consumer Internet era", focusing on more integrated and comprehensive upgrade of leadership and business management capabilities as well as designed a class-based, sub-learning team building squad, hoping to stimulate enthusiasm for learning through healthy competition. In terms of faculty, we hired Li Yongrui, associate professor of school of government management of Beijing Normal University, Zhao Ran, psychology professor of our college, Zhang Yue, Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group, Shen Hao, Journalism Professor of Communication University of China. According to the statistical results of the questionnaire by trainees, the training curriculum and teaching staff have been highly recognized by the trainees.
At the training graduation ceremony, ZhangXueyong vice president of the school awarded a certificate of completion for each student and they posed for pictures.
