Professor Fuwei Jiang was recently invited by Professor Gary Monroe of University of New South Wales, Editor-in-Chief of Accounting and Finance, to be a Deputy Editor of Accounting and Finance, an international authoritative journal in the field of finance and accounting, responsible for reviewing and selecting papers on capital markets, behavioral finance and fintech. Accounting and Finance is a source of the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) 2, a top-rated (A) journal in the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) list, and a grade-B journal in the Federation of Management Societies of China (FMS) list. As an authoritative international journal in the academic field of accounting and finance, Accounting and Finance publishes original research results in the financial and accounting frontier, with particular attention to research in Asia and Pacific. The journal is widely read and respected by academicians, professionals and policy makers in the international financial and accounting community.
Professor Jiang is Director of the Financial Engineering Department of the Central University of Finance and Economics, PhD student supervisor, Young Scholar with the Vigor of Dragon and Horse, and a finalist of national talent program. He has research interests in capital markets, asset pricing, behavioral finance, fintech, financial big data and machine learning, and financial security, etc. Professor Jiang has published more than 30 papers in the top three journals of finance, including the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, and the Management Science, as well as the Journal of Financial Research, the China Economic Quarterly, and the Journal of Management Sciences in China, etc. Professor Jiang has chaired five research projects, including projects financed by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is also a corresponding reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a review expert of the Academic Degree Center of the Ministry of Education, an editorial board member of the English SSCI academic journal Annals of Economics and Finance, a deputy editor of Accounting and Finance, and a reviewer of more than 30 academic journals. Papers written by Professor Jiang have been named globally the top 1% most cited papers in the ESI Economics and Management category, the top cited papers in RFS, and the best international finance and the best world economic statistics papers in the World Economic Yearbook. His papers have been reprinted by the Harvard Business Review, the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation, the Tsinghua Financial Review, the CFA Digest, the International Monetary Review and the Renmin University of China Book and Journal Materials, as well as the Global Financial Markets Center at Duke University, Bank of China, China Life, Harvest Fund, China Merchants Securities, Noah Wealth Management and UBS. Professor Jiang has received academic awards such as the Outstanding Paper Award of the Journal of Financial Research, the Best Paper Award of the International Financial Management Association Annual Conference, and the Best Paper Award of the Asian Financial Association Annual Conference.
