On the afternoon of April 22, Assistantto the Dean Junfeng LI and Professors Defeng LI, Wei DAI, Yumei GUO and Na DINGfrom the Financial Technology Department met with Zhiming CHEN, CEO of School ofFinancial Technology in Singapore, and his colleagues in Conference Room 913. Duringthe meeting, the two sides mainly communicated their achievements andexperiences in the training of financial technology talents and discussedpotential cooperation opportunities and other issues.

Professor Junfeng LI introduced theefforts and progress made by our school in cultivating financial technologytalents in recent years from the aspects of the faculty construction ofFinancial Technology Department, the establishment of undergraduate majors infinancial technology, the exploration of training programs, the preparation offinancial simulation laboratory, and the organization of Financial TechnologyFrontier Forums.

The School of Financial Technology in Singaporeintroduced the ongoing training programs of financial technology teachers andentrepreneurs in detail.

During the pleasant talks, the twosides communicated their opinions in cultivating financial technology talents inChina and Singapore and achieved preliminary cooperation intentions.
